Hyundai has revealed the all-new 2019 Veloster and Veloster Turbo models at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, ushering in the second-generation of Veloster and its unique two-plus-one door asymmetrical body style. The completely redesigned 2019 Veloster is a product of collaboration between Hyundai's designers in Seoul, South Korea and its U.S. design center in Irvine, California. In addition to its comprehensive restyling inside and out, the 2019 Veloster and Veloster Turbo models are also treated to powertrain, infotainment and tech enhancements.
One look at this sleek new 3-door coupe, and there is no mistaking that it is a Veloster. While the overall shape and body style of the 2019 Veloster mimics its predecessor, the all-new design is more refined and upscale, from its available LED headlights and LED Daytime Running Lights to its new signature cascade mesh grille, new wheels designs and cleaner, more angular creases and accents. Inside, the 2019 Veloster and Veloster Turbo continue the asymmetrical theme of the car's two-plus-one door, with a cockpit that is heavily driver-focused, angling the controls toward the driver to increase engagement and ease-of-use. Every trim level of the all-new 2019 Veloster offers unique accents, colors, textures and hues, with plenty of customization and self-expression possible.
Whether you select a 2019 Hyundai Veloster with the 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle engine or the available 1.6-liter turbocharged engine, you will experience both power and efficiency.
